Billing Basics

We bill one semester at a time through electronic invoicing.  Students will receive an email notification each time a bill is generated.  Fall bills are issued in July with an August 3rd due date. Spring semester bills are issued in November with a December 3rd due date. Summer semester bills are issued March with an April 3rd due date. Important! The first payment of each semester guarantees your class registration and housing assignments. Students may not move onto campus or participate in any university practice or activity without first completing their required registration payment.  Monthly payment plans are available for a $50 fee each semester. Payments are due the 3rd of each month.  Fall payments run from August-November. Spring payments run December-March. Summer payments run April-July.

Student Account Payment Options

Pay Online Using ePioneer:

Malone University encourages the use of ePioneer for all payments. Student secure login is at Malone Xpress. http://www.malone.edu/mx Click on the "Student" Tab/Go to ePioneer (mobile websites may show a $ symbol) /Make a Payment. You can pay the amount listed on the screen or simply type in the amount you wish to pay.

Payments made by credit or debit card will be assessed a processing fee of 2.75% by our third party processor.  You may avoid this processing fee by paying directly from your checking or savings account. Card numbers and bank account information may be securely saved for future payments. 

Pay in Person:

We accept cash, checks, or money orders. The Business Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. year round. The Business Office is located in Founders Hall.

Assigning Login/Pin to Parents and Other Authorized Payers:

Once you are in ePioneer, click on "Send a payer invitation". Completing this process will enable your authorized payers to make payments on your account. Notice about Parents or Authorized Payers: Parents or Authorized Payers have access only to make payments, view payment history and balance on the student account. They do NOT have access to financial aid, grades or other online student information.
