Lead Vocalist

My favorite part about being on the worship team is the opportunity we have to lead ourselves and others into deeper levels of God’s presence. 

My goals after graduation are to continue using my musical artistry for God’s glory in any way He sees fit; that could be through songwriting, my regular writing, composition, and even classical singing. I’m currently thinking of pursuing a master’s degree. Another goal is to simply listen and trust His leading because right now I Have so many goals, but the main one is to stay close to Jesus. 

Abigail Bontrager

My main instrument is the cello, but I also play piano.

I love being able to grow closer to the other musicians on my team through worshiping God, as well as helping give the audience the opportunity to worship God through our God-given skills in music. 

After I graduate, I would like to go to graduate school somewhere for Cello Performance, and eventually play in orchestras while being a freelance musician. I would also like to work in orchestral arts and administration.

Vocals and Keys

My favorite part of being on the worship team is being able to grow amongst peers and become closer to God. I also love that I’m able to grow in the talents that God has given us! Through being on the worship team my faith has really grown!

After graduation I hope to work as a  nurse at a hospital, although I am still unsure what floor I would like to work on. I believe that God will put me where He needs me to be! I also plan to continue serving on a worship team.
