Graduate Assistant—Advancement
Requirements:
Be interviewed by the Director of Annual Giving and Advancement Operations for final approval Must be a Professional and degree-seeking student
Must be available up to 20 hours per week – hours can be flexible
The Graduate Assistant must remain in good academic standings (3.0gpa)
Be available to begin on August 1 for one academic year
Forms to submit for Graduate Assistant Position:
- Employment Application
- Statement of Faith
- Graduate Assistant Voucher Authorization (GAVA)
- HR Action Form
- A meeting with the HR Office to finalize hiring process and sign employment agreement and on- boarding process
Responsibilities:
- Work with VP and Directors with Donor cultivation and relationship building
- Learn and utilize our Donor base program Razor’s Edge/NXT
- Help to obtain Malone Funds via mail, phone and email
- Stewardship of current Malone Fund donors
Qualifications:
- Candidate should be pursuing graduate study in Higher Education Administration, Student Personnel Programs, Business, Leadership, or related field of study
- Demonstrated effective time management and project management
