Malone University has an established policy of equal academic and employment opportunity. Discrimination Complaint Procedure

An internal complaint procedure has been established for the prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging any action prohibited by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (involving disability discrimination), the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended (to the extent applicable to the University), Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1975, as amended, or Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended (involving sex discrimination). 

If you believe you may have been discriminated against in violation of this policy or if you have any questions regarding this policy, please immediately contact the appropriate designated *Discrimination Complaint Officer.

Printed copies of the Discrimination Complaint Procedure may be obtained from the designated individuals listed below, as well as the Office of Student Development or the Human Resources Office. 

*Note: The Dean of Students and Chief Student Development Officer is also the designated Title IX and Section 504 Discrimination Complaint Officer for the University.
