Workforce Development
Malone University's workforce development strategy aims to strengthen the local business community through strategic partnerships. Our approach comprises three main components: the Learn and Earn initiative, TechCred programs, and a competency-based MBA.
Our goal is not only to attract talented individuals to the region but also to retain and enhance the skills of those already present. Our workforce development program is an extension of our Pendle Hill Pledge, which provides vocational guidance to our students through mentorship, hands-on learning, and career support. We support students from start to finish, empowering them to serve Stark County and beyond while gaining a deeper understanding of God's calling for their lives and a strong sense of vocational purpose.
