Learn and Earn
New program for Fall 2023!
Our program is seeking organizational partners who are committed to recruiting and retaining new talent for our region's workforce while also offering cost-neutral undergraduate tuition for students from low-income families.
Through a partnership between Malone University and the Hall of Fame Village, students can potentially earn enough to cover their tuition through hands-on experiences during their undergraduate career. The Learn and Earn program is open to students from all majors, with a particularly strong correlation to our Hospitality and Tourism and Sport Management programs.
As part of this program, students will work in various roles within partner organizations, gaining experience in marketing, sales, customer relations, and hospitality management. They will work up to 29 hours a week for 40 weeks while attending classes on a schedule designed to facilitate participation in the Learn and Earn program.
At the end of each semester, corporate partners will make an additional contribution that will be put towards the student's bill for attendance. This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain valuable experience and earn money towards their education, while also allowing our organizational partners to connect with talented and motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to the workforce.
